    Creatine whilst on low carbs

    I have unsuccessfully search on the forums to find posts on taking creatine whilst keeping my carbs low.

    Can anyone direct me as i know it must be an exausted question on wbb forums but i wanna get other views.

    ..if u havent guessed i am dieting and want to keep my insulin levels stable throughout the day bar round my workout time.

    help guys??

    This is just from personal experence but I've tried creatine while on a low carb diet (50 grams of carbs or less) and it seem to make me more blotted and slow the weight loss way down. I stopped the creatine till I got the weight off I wanted then started back with the creatine. Just my experence...............
