What do you guys think is the right size per body part to make a person proportionate? Say if I have 14.5" arms, what size should my chest, neck, forearms, legs, and calves be?
What is the size difference for you guys from arms and forearms. My forearms are only an inch smaller than my arms. How about you guys?

I think it's mostly genetics and intensity. Some people are naturally built with an upper body like Johnny Bravo with no more work than average guys, but then there are people who work their asses off only to stay thin-muscled and leaner.
My upper arms have a good 3 inches on my forearms.

I think it depends, b/c for someone who has narrow shoulders would have a smaller chest size compared to someone who is very wide.

My upper arms are almost 4 inches bigger than my forearms. My forearms are def. a weak point. My upper arms, neck, and calves are almost exactly equal in measurement. I remember reading somewhere some bodybuilder who said when those three are roughly even it's an indicator of good symmetry. Take that with a grain of salt. *shrugs*Originally Posted by Timastyle

Ideal to me is a huge-ass V taper. Along the lines of 56c, 36w then spreading out again for thighs as big as your waist.
here is the ideal porportion:
work everything fully and let your body decide how IT wants to look. then pray that women want the same thing lol

i need to work on the upper body a lot IMO though. If i get my upper body to be proportionate with my lower...ill be HUGE.
