This is an experimental journal concentrating around my neck. I will focus on 3 new exercises to maybe getting a bigger neck within a couple of months. THis is purely for hockey and myself. This thread will concentrate on my neck and loss or gain of size.
I'll get some stats up, after i get my hands on a tape measure.
Will be starting this routine on monday.
Neck Flexion 8-12
Neck Lateral Flexion 8-12
Neck Extension 8-12
Seated DB Shrugs 2x6-12
