    Olympic lifts (Power clean, power presses, etc) how to do (form)

    I want to make sure my form is as good as it should be, anyone know a site or sites with some info and pictures on the correct form on olympic lifts.

    www.ironmag.com has some info on how to do the lilfts. Your best bet would be to have someone teach you how to do them
