today im starting a new journal, i havent updated my old one for like 3 months so thats gone.
ive just set a ton of new PRs in the past month so i guess its good that i start while im still getting stronger. as of right now my gym pr's are about:
squat: around 470-480, just going off projected maxes
bench: only 265, on a good day. a competition worthy bench would be like 245. after that it gets kinda sloppy.
dead: just set a new pr today @ 505!
note these are all without suits, just a belt.
im not really gonna lift much until after thanksgiving, probably only twice more until next monday. i just wanted to get this up while i was off my ass lol.
