    Powerlifting= 5 pound mass gain

    3 weeks ago, I decided to train a lot more like a powerlifter. I've kept my reps in between 2-5 reps, and I've gained 5 pounds! No joke either. Anybody looking for mass, I suggest giving powerlifting a try.

    I always include power set in my workout
