    stress effect your muscles

    if ur under alot of stress and depressed can it affect your muscles?

    sure can, can lower test levels and raise cortisol.

    Stress and depression can affect nearly everything.....muscular strength and stamina included.

    i'm under tremendous stress, and fight off depression a lot cause of my job and marriage woes, but working out has really helped me with it..i didn't before..now i can handle stress with ease..i feel great
