if ur under alot of stress and depressed can it affect your muscles?

sure can, can lower test levels and raise cortisol.

thanx guys it explains alot then
i'm under tremendous stress, and fight off depression a lot cause of my job and marriage woes, but working out has really helped me with it..i didn't before..now i can handle stress with ease..i feel great
