I came to a realization this morning..
BILL PHILPPS is trying to KILL ME!
Today durimg my 20 min cardio, I wanted to die.
10:00 mins in, my body begged me to stop... To quit... to get off the bike, go home and get some food. Maybe a few more hours of sleep.
Then I thought of you guys. How many people who don't even know me in real life, are routing for me... are pushing me to give it my all... and I kept on peddling.
I can't wait to post my 12 week after pics. I won't be where I want to be, but I'll by past my goals in the 12 weeks though... then move on to another program that will help me get where I want to be.
Anyways, who else does Cardio? I do HIT Cardio, 3 mornings a week on an empty stomach. 20 mins... I usually do the Bike or Eliptical, whichever is available when I get there.
What do you all do for Cardio, if any?
