I also didn't eat much for the week. I knew I'd be a little weak but it was incredible. I couldn't lift anything. And I was failing after hardly any reps. It was like I came in after I had already worked out. My bench was like 60 pounds less than usual and I had NO STAMINA.
What would cause this? I only lost like 4 pounds so I wouldn't think I'd be that weak. And I am fully recovered from being sick.
usually the whole coming off from being sick and not eating for a week may have something to do with it.... but you'll pick it up quick dont worry

from what you posted before mcsol stomach flu takes awhile for recuperation i had it about 2 months ago and got so weak i couldn't even lift 10lbs i just took time off and when i finally went back to my routine i just started slowly until i got my strength back it took about 5 days and i was fine afterwards give it some time no need to rush take it slow

If you're really sick and have to take a week off-it's essential, and that's an understatement, to make sure you eat your ass off during that week. Keep protein high if anything.
I'm in the same boat as you. I was sick, lost 4 lbs. and find it hard to train with a decent intensity again. It is 2 weeks since my last workout, but I am finally feeling like I can train like I did before I got sick. Just listen to your body, maybe you are run down and it is trying to rest.
