    No ass...

I've got a student, who knows that I am doing workouts and stuff, and she asked me a question I really couldn't answer. She has a thin body, low body fat%, her BMI is like 16 (She brought in her medical report) which I am assuming is low. ANYWAY, she has a bit of a flat ass, which gets to her, so she asked me how she could get a fuller butt. Can you do it with working out!? If not, is surgery the way to go...

    SQUATS!!!!

I used to have a flat ass (I'm a guy, so this is a no-no with the ladies, lol) and I've developed what ppl call a "shelf ass", where my ass sticks out so far you can damn near put a cup on it. LOL, no but really, I've gotta big booty now, so definately squats, lungs, and lying leg curls.

Alright...and would doing that twice a week, like a Monday and a Friday be OK...as in getting faster results!? Oh...and since she is building muscle, would you suggest eating a few more cals too!?

Thats so strange in america people go for round asses. Over here you get penalised over having anything above flat even if its solid muscle.. Anything "big" is automatically "fat"

I dont really care the size as long as its not squishie. I dated a really hot girl but her as was all squishie and it was always a turn off so i had to keep my hands away from there
