    Cutting when overweight.

    Is it true that you can lose weight a lot quicker if you have a high BF. I weigh about 228Ibs and only about 150Ibs is LBM so i am probably classed as obese. Would it be possible for me to cut on say 2000 cals and keep up the weightloss for a long time.

    Basically i'm sick of being fat and i lose motivation very quickly on normal cuts

    I would say so, especially if you start doing some regular cardio.

    People wonder why I call myself Mr. T. One dude asked, 'does the T stand for tough?' I said no. Another dude asked if the T stands for my last name, Tureaud. No it does not. The 'T' in Mr. T stands for tuna. T loves tuna.
