    New Diet Plan

    okay every 4weeks i figure i would like to change my diet around..........

    Goals get lean by Jan1,loose like 8lbs of fat or so


    Meal1-1whole egg
    Meal2-POSTWORKOUT Protein Shake and Banana Or Powder
    Meal3-about 2-3cut up grilled chicken breast
    Meal4-1cup cottage cheese,1/3oatbran,5egg whites
    Meal5-2chicken breast,1/2cup beans
    Meal6-5egg whites

    your meals are all over the place! each has like differnt caloires...mean u could have your blood sugar going everywhere.

    from what i could count...

    meal 1- p:7g c:0g f:6g
    meal 2-??? dont know...but its post workout so its a big shake...
    meal 3- p:50-75g c:0g f:6-10g
    meal 4-??? i dont know the macro's. of this...
    meal 5-p:60g c:25g f:10g
    meal 6-what something like p:10g c:0g f:1g?

    this looks a little messy bro. here are some tips i could think of...

    1.add more protein and carbs to meal 1.
    2. dont eat 3 chicken breast eat 2, and add some carbs if u like.
    3.last meal should be more protien. slow acting.
    4. try to make each meal the same more or less. like if your eating 1800 caloires and 6 meals each try to make it around 300 caloires.

    Are u kiddin' me right?!Have more food here.Add 2-3 more eggs.

    for meal 3 with the chicken breast can i have cheerioes cheerio with no milk??

    Cheerios GI is very high.Have a small bowl of oatmeal instead.

    thats gonna be hard since i buy the chicken breast at the hot bars near the school what if i make meal3 1cup LF its 2$ for cottage cheese at the place and bring one of those INSTANT OATMEAL PACKETS(THE OATMEAL THEY SELL IS 45carbs the fruity oatmeals) with me??


    also i gotta stop being a bitch about carbs,i keep thinking OH NO if i eat the postwork carb i aint even loosing

    wizad for meal 1-when i have 3whole eggs 1hr before lifting ,wont i still be burning off EGG FAT during my 45-60mins of lifting

    yes and no. reason is you'll get a very slow acting energy source from the fat in the egg. but because your blood sugar isnt going to be high your insulin is going to be low, in turn your glucagon is going to be higher . higher glucagon means more fat is burned. although its very catabolic the protein from the eggs is going to make it so that it is not so. get what i mean?

    You'll be burning both the eggs and your fat.(from your bodyfat stores.)
