    I've made a decision, how should I transition?

    I'm thinking of moving from 4400 cals to 5000 cals a day, because I'm sick of STILL looking lean as hell even after months of bulking. Should I just jump right into the 5000, or go up by 200 a day until I hit it?

    4400 to 5000 isnt to much of increase...
