    My best pull is 530@158.

I missed 550 about an inch from lockout.

A conventional 405 at 165. Hardest deads: 315x10 No gear, eco ball to dry hands.

Never tried sumo. I wonder what that would be. I hate that it's considered the same lift.

mine took me a while. 440 was done for me in aug 2001, 513 was in may 2003.
I actually lost a couple lbs in that time though.

    Nice. Good genetics there.

I did 225, then 245lb for 1 rep max over a week ago.
    Weight 170ish.

    Fifth time doing deadlifts.
Squat is weak due to knee injuries.

Man you are a beast!!!! I wish I could bench like that. I usally work out with 385 or 405 depending if my grip holds out. I think I could do more but I'm still strugling with my left hand's grip. Mac is in my sig.

    Deadlift/Squat:435/440,

never heard of anyone in my life puuting up stats like that.....but if you say so.........that and training since age 10 is bad....gl when ur older and falling apart

and TX urs is a little more believalbe at age 16, there were a few kids in my hs at 16 repping over 300, and deading repping over 400, but that squat is still a little silly, even with a suit

at age 18 at 190 my last back day i pulled 405x2 on my 5th set

around 180 and my personal best is 635 in high school. though i don't know how valid it is. we used straps, a hex bar, and a spotter which helped to lift more. i'm not nearly as strong anymore. especially since switching to the straight bar.
