    Quick questions

    Can forearms and calves be done daily? I heard somewhere they're both as resiliant as abs.

    shouldn't do abs everyday either.

    They're both as stubborn as abs. With forearms, you might run into the problem that they'd be too sore/fatigued & affect working out other body parts.

    Calves, if you're honestly really trashing them, they gotta get some rest SOME time.

    Daily, meaning 7 days in a row? You probably won't get noticeable growth in a week; more 'n likely you'll be sore; forearms and calves. Maybe try 5 on, 2 off and see how it goes; just as long as it doesn't affect the rest of your workouts.

    How you work 'em is more important before how often you work 'em imho.

    My 'duh'. Right! the abs are there; they're just covered.
