Well, this is my firstpost and i'm not sure what to expect. I'm a sophmore in college and have been lifting on and off since my junior year of high school. I got serious about it about 6 or 7 months ago. Let me know what you think of how i look; and please be honest. I'm currently working on slimming down so that my abs are visible, but i'm going at a slow pace so that i can try to build muscle at the same time.

Not the greatest. i'm living in the dorms and that makes it a little complicated. usually a bowl of oatmeal mixed with a scoop of protien powder for breakfast. then some tuna, cottage cheese, and some green vegatables for lunch. For dinner, I will eat something similar to lunch unless they are serving something clean in the cafeteria(chicken, turkey, etc.). Throughout the day, i usually drink a couple protien shakes, eat a piece of fruit or two as well. I also add some carbs before and after working out.
