Im not big on iso movements, I was wondering if its possible to hit everything with just compound movements, for example:
Legs - Squats, SLDL
Chest - Bench, CG Bench
Back - Deads, Weighted Chins
Shoulders - I dunno the name of this one, the one where you pull the bar up like an upright row, then push it into an overhead press, and Shrugs.
Not many exercises, but would that combination hit everything?
