    new pics after 3 months training

    I started 3 months ago at 58 kilos

    Now I weight 64,4 kilos, I'm 1.72 meters (I know it's not much )

    so how many cals you takin in daily? but not bad for 3 months bro. you got a pretty good base.. my suggestions to you is deffinately eat more if you wanna gain good size and the looks of your body i dont think fat increase should bother you too much :-)

    I eat as much as I can have really.. around 3000 cals a day, very very clean food...I'm kinda a hardgainer... I think

    well what are your main goals? thats the first thing and than after that train and eat for that.. i think 3000 cals is not muhc for puttin on good size to be honest especially for a hardgainer.. try upping your cals 200-300 each week until you reach where its comfortable..

    my main goal is getting huge :P well seriously, it is.. but I changed my food scheme and now I'm gonna eat around 3700 kcal, see how it works out

    remember to eat plenty of carbs try for 400-500 a day.... and 3700 sounds more like it.. and remember to up them every once in a while.. good luck bro

    Work those traps, man! Looks like about where I was when I was starting. If you are doing truly HIT, I think you could do 4,000 cals per day.
