    KKL New Log

    Back and Biceps today was.......

    Weighted Chin Ups---10/8 @ 55, 16 @ 0

    Bent Row---20/14/6 @ 225 (got upto 305x5 recently on these)

    Dumbell Shrugs---17(+3 sh!t rom) @ 195 4 @ 220 (adjustables )

    Reverse Curl---9,8,5 @120


    BW=203. Waist=32 (still can only see 4 abs )

    I'll try and update this a lot

    Good to see you back to updating. Those are some serious weights for your bw!!! Do you consider yourself a powerlifter or did you used to compete?

    Either way it's great motivation to see the numbers you put up here.

    thanks, not really a power lifter because i'm not that good at the sq and dead (best dead was about 510 i think, a while back too). i guess i'm a power body builder but i'm a lot stronger than i look...which is good and bad i guess

    and sorry, to answer the question, i have competed but didnt do very well for the above reasons!

    this is kkl, managed to fuk my other account in a drunken stupor

    ankles i never measured, calves around 18 and 3/4" i only do squats, deads and 2 sets of calf raises a week tho

    today was shoulders, chest and triceps

    db military 100's x3 100's x1 80'sx7
    kind of do them like an arnie press....big rom

    db incline 100'sx12 105'sx4 100's x8

    fly 70's x8 x6 50's x20

    1 arm db tricep 55x9 55x10

    tricep ext 115x21 115x12

    dips +45 x max (19 full reps)

    bw = 208, cheated like fuk yesterday

    Legs yesterday

    What?

    Front Squats---315 3x5

    Squats---315 1x16 (can't squat for **** after fronts!)

    Hip Belt Squats---2x10 225 (just starting these--easy)

    then 2 sets of calves and some hanging leg raises

    db military 90x6 100x0 (???) 90x4

    db incline 100x14 (record, for me, not world) 100x9 (first set killed me)

    bench press 225x17

    didnt feel like doing much today so finished there

    been dieting strict all week and today, but had a mcdonalds on the way home and plan on having another cheat meal tonight, then back to diet tomorrow. strength is good considering lack of calories/carbs in diet.

    Back and Biceps yesterday:

    Bent Rows --- worked into 295 for 3 sets of 5 (6-7 sets altogether coz i need a lot of warmups on these). i am gonna go for 315x5 in a few weeks, current best is 305

    chins --- 2 sets with bodyweight, think i got 16 and 9, i really suck after rows!

    barbell shrugs --- easy 405 2x10

    finished with some concentration curls with 65

    sorry i havent posted much...workouts are going well... dieting is another matter, i get so depressed with it- i do everything right and getting leaner is such a slow process for mer. funny, i get a high from my workouts hitting new pr's then a downer when i look in the mirror...who needs recreational drugs?

    i may just say fukkit, blow upto 235-240 and go for 405x20+ squat
