    question about cut cycle

    hello,i have a few questions about begining a cut cycle.I have been bulking now for about 2 months,and i am gaining considerable weight up from 155 to 172,and i was wondering for when i begin a cut cyle down the road how exactly do i go about this?...do i just cut calorie intake,or do you add cardio days to your routine??..im worried ill lose my weight that i ate so much to get.lol.....plz help me out

    i would add some cardio first then adjust diet.
