Here is a cardio routine similar to a football practice.
- 2 laps around the field
- Obstacle Course over bags:
Jumping Back and forth 4 times
Side Step both sides back and forth 2 times each side
Bear Crawl(down on hands and feet) 2 times
- 1 Lap Around The Field
Run Up, 5 pushups, Run Down 2 times
Run Up, 5 pushups, 5 situps, 2 times
- Windsprints back and forth 2 times
- 2 laps
I left out hitting routines and drills. Do this 3 times a week and i guarantee youll loose weight.
BTW the real practices last 2 hours
