    Rank the following in terms of the best quality carbs:

    -Brown rice
    -Sweet potato
    -Whole grain bread
    -Oatmeal
    -Kidney/pinto/garbanzo beans

    no bread, it is usually enriched whic his no good, brown rice and oats are the ****, pretty much as good as i gets in my book, swet potatoes are a good arternative if you want something really good tasting, and beans are right around with that i think

    I agree for the most part, but I'd switch the rice and the bread.
