    how many grams of protein did i get today?

    3 eggs scrambles, 3 glasses of milk, protein shake, 2 peanut butter sandwhiches, carrots, orange, salmon + crackers + cheese, pork cutlass and potatoes, and can of tuna

    estimates....

    3 eggs scrambles -> 18-20g
    3 glasses of milk -> 24g
    protein shake -> depends on how much powder you put in, but I'll say 50g
    2 peanut butter sandwhiches -> no idea
    carrots, orange -> 0
    salmon + crackers + cheese -> 5g?
    pork cutlass and potatoes -> 20g
    and can of tuna -> 20g

    can of tuna is probably closer to a little over 30 g but that depends on the size of the can and whether it was chunk lite or solid albacore. solid albacore tends to be higher in protein (at least based on my experience).

    I think the "seefood diet" works best.
