Hey guys, I have not posted on here in about 2 months. I just need some type of motovation to get back in the gym. I have been with out proper nutrition and workout routine for about 2 months. Being a freshmen in college has effected my time in going to gym. I just get too busy and tried. Since the first semester of college is over, I would like to get back into the swing of things. I starteds working of seriously in June 2004 and stopped in sep 2004. From all the working out and proper nutrition I gained like 6 lbs, went from 157 to 163 and Im 6ft tall. Is there anyway you guys can help me with this issue?
