What are everyone's feelings on them for Squatz and Bench press?

in another thread someone mentioned they are not as good as the bar + spotter, howeverI told them that since I have a shoulder injury my ROM is limited and as such I need the support to prevent reinjuring my shoulder, especially at the higher weights

I am currently benching 225 @ 4 and squatz 255 @ 8
im 5'7" and 165 lbs Age: 23
