How do I get rid of it. I'm REALLY pissed right now. I hurt it doing dumbell presses about 2 weeks ago, so I took off chest last week. I did benching today and was doing fine until I got to 225 and I felt it again. I couldn't even lift the weight. I feel like shyt and it pisses me off even more because I'm hurt.
I really wanted to increase my bench. I was up to 5 rep maxing atleast 350 on machines, and thought that i'd do better when I got on freeweights (hadn't done them in about 7 months). I did rediculously horrible, and now i'm hurt.
So what I want to know is what is this pain and how do I get rid of it?
Stop using your shoulder for a few weeks. Rest, Ice, NSAIDs. See a doctor.
