    Raisins, Oh my Sweet sweet Raisin

    How did I ever miss this gem? Throwing Raisins into my Oats. Wow what a difference, their sweetness makes the meal so much more digestable.

    Not only that but it is so easy to prepare.

    Just watch out...1/4 cup of raisins has 135 calories and 35g of simple carbs.

    considering that is basically the only sugar i really get in my diet, i think i can manage. plus i have the really small boxes
