    My last pre-workout meal question...

    I know i've been asking a bunch of pre- and post- workout meal questions, but I just want to make sure I know what i'm doing.

    My last question is this: I eat breakfast at 9:30am and workout at 11. Should I throw in some flaxseed oil in my oatmeal, or should I avoid fats before a workout?

    it really doesn't matter. If you wanna throw some in then do it, if not don't. The carbs for energy is really what's most important pre-workout.
    yea that's right, be jealous
