The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Great Books ...in the vein of The Dark Tower

I'm looking for some books of the same style. I very much enjoyed the first few Dark Tower books.

Anyone know of any good non-space oriented books in the similar style?

I've only read the first book in that series... but liked it.

In terms of mood and theme, some books I'd recommend:

The Great and Secret Show by Clive Barker

The Twist by Richard Calder (very pretty, arty prose)

The Book of the New Sun (in four parts) and The Urth of the New Sun by Gene Wolfe. The Urth of the New Sun is basically the conclusion to the other four, even though it's not technically in the same series. Very, very good books, there's a little bit of space involved, but it's really uh... different. Definitely not space oriented.

No prob man. I think that you can pick up the book of the new sun in 2 parts now on amazon. They're pretty dense books that you have to really pay attention to and not just breeze through or you'll miss important stuff, but they're well worth it.
One of my goals in life is to be big enough to go as Severian for halloween.

****, I totally forgot about American Gods by Neil Gaiman. Probably a little more in the realm of what you're looking for, and it's a quicker read, although you don't get nearly as immersed in it.
