    CC's 7 month progress pics...

    Now that I think about it, the first set was taken in mid April. Too lazy to change text though. Anyways these are my 7 month progress pics. Though the last set is 1-2 months old I don't look much different now, and I had no more room on the camera for new pics.

    You've made some great progress. Especially notable is your back and shoulder thickness you've developed.

    nice pics crippler.. and not to sound mean or anything but in that second pic the mm the first one looks like an alien with your nipples and pasty whire skin and than the belly button being the mouth.. i just thought it looked pretty cool.. anyways deffinately an improvement cant wait too see what youll look like in seven more months..

    I can see a huge difference..great job...you still have a lot of room to bulk because you still have a pretty low bodyfat...which is a good thing...good luck and great job

    When I make them cold everything seems to harden up and become invisible. But if I don't then it's more than noticable.

    Incredible progress, Mitch. great improvements in arms, shoulders and back. Keep eating cause that next 30lbs is going to be even more noticable as things really start to thicken-up.

    Excellent progress CC; wish I'd started building when I was 15. I was 6'1, 135 for the longest time and never thought I had any aptitude for bodybuilding. I'm glad to see someone so young taking the initiative and not taking being skinny lying down.
