I decided to restart my journal. Right now I weight around 91, my goal is 100.
My routine is split into 4 days a week: chest, back, shoulders-arms, legs. At the very moment I only take protein as supplement. Sorry, I won't bother to convert the weights into lbs. All data given is in kgs (metric system).
