I don't know what it is lately, I just been feeling tired and unenergized during workouts, especially after I hurt my arm. I only go 3 days a week now, but still feel fatigued mentally and physically. Can anyone give me any tips on getting extra energy for workouts?? I even drank redbull (low carb, stupid) before a workout and still felt like shyt in the gym.

Any chance you're not eating enough; or training on an empty stomach? Have at least a protein shake or granola bar or something before training.
Been training non-stop without a layoff for any length of time?
Too many sets/exercises and doing the same routine for a long time?
Get the arm healed, take a break if you have to & re-examine your routine/diet, but don't give up on the iron
Eat more carbs an hour beforehand, then drink some caffeine 15 minutes before you lift. Mostly, eat more/better.
what does your routine look like? you might be overtraining.
