    I'm nto sure about your height, and what position you want to play, so I can't really say much.

    i am 6'1" almost 6'2" about 270-275...most likely a lineman..wouldn't mind being a d-end though..no real hurry go two years until they bring it back so...anyways what would my height and weight have to deal with sprinting being good for training on GPP days?...

    a sample workout would be:

    lunges 3 x court length
    Medicine ball throws for distance
    sprints--> 40-50yds w/ 30 sec. rest periods
    start w/ 5 sprints and add one more sprint each week until reaching 10 sprints..then increase yardage?...help..good..bad..help

    I'd say, you should stay in the weight room longer, and work on lifts like Power Clean, and Snatch, and do a bodybuilding/power/olympic lifting routine, rather just a straight westside routine, pack on the muscle the power and the explosiveness. I'm a WR 6'0-190 and I'm being recruited by alot of CIS schools and now one NAIA school.

    For the question asked I would say do your sprints on your DE squat day. A couple hours later.
    GPP is meant for recovery, sprints are too intense.
