Being browsing these forums for a couple of weeks now and finally decided to post. I am about 6', 170 lbs. My diet is beyond terrible.....Fast food at least twice a day and no liquid intake besides pop. I am to the point that I feel extremly sluggish all the time (gained about 30lbs since high school, ~2 1/2 yrs ago), and want to finally do something about it. From my understanding I should definalty bulk, as my muscle is very limited. I want to start eating about 3300-3500 calories a day, and using the WBB routine #1.
1.5 gallons water
4 scrambled eggs, yogurt
2 Chicken breast - dipped in buffalo sauce? Is this ok?
I know I need to fill in the missing calories and was wondering if you had any suggestions. I love fruits, cereal, milk, cheese.......And McDonalds. <- Prolly doesn't count. I was also wondering how long I should bulk for? Until I am happy with the results, or for a predetermined time. Any other input would be appreciatted.

Take a look here for some good suggestions on what to eat.
You will also have to get a good routine. Take a look at the WBB Routines.
And as for how long you should bulk? It's up to you. You will gain some fat, so I would suggest stop bulking when you think your getting too fat, then start a slow cut.
