ive never done my workouts for each muscle once a week, usually i do atleast 2 or 3 times a week... ive switched to wanna be big routine 1 for now... i got one question tho... aremy muscles stil repairing and getting bigger if they arent sore? i did the arms routine yesterday and they hurt a BIT today, past experiences tell me they wont hurt tomorrow... but i gotta wait another 5 days b4 i work them out again... just wondering if they still repair during the time they dont hurt... (my biceps never hurt... i think ive conditioned them too much... no matter what i do, they dont hurt)
