I havent started training yet, im planning to start in a few weeks. Im currently 17 years old, 6 ft at 170. Here are 2 starting pics. 1 calf Pic, and a full body.
This is probably going to be my routine, i know most people will probably say its to much but im gonna try do it for a month or two then cut back a little, ive had good results with something similar before but im open to advice.
Its a 2 week routine instead of everything in 1 week i spread it over 2. It starts over again obviousley after the second week.
Tuesday- Chest Biceps
Saturday- Chest Biceps
Updated im guessing this is mabie about 2 weeks mabie of workin out. This is non flexed and not pumped.

Update lol been a long time, havent really been training consistintly but ive been training some none the less, my problem is i dont know what i want to do because i want to get massive but at the same time have abs which i know is super hard to do so bulk or cut dunn o.
id say bulk
somewhat what I eat...
yea gonna start, a lot of carbs right on top of the protein obviousley
