    squat press
    180 pounds 3x10
    270 pounds 2x6

    seated calf raises with 2 second pause at top and bottom
    90 pounds 3x10
    135 pounds 3x6

    leg extensions
    90 pounds 3x8
    150 pounds 2x6

    leg press
    100 pounds 3x12
    150 pounds 2x10

    seated leg curls
    105 pounds 3x10
    135 pounds 3x10

    standing calf raises with 2 second pause at top of rep
    200 pounds 3x10
    300 pounds 3x8

    then did 30 minutes on the bike went 7 something miles and burned 192 calroies

    burned 162 regular calories and 49.6 fat.

    2.5 speed 4% incline

    i was going to do back today...but it is a little sore as I took a tumble on the ice last night when i got out of my car. step out the car and wham..instantly to the ground could not even get any traction to get back up lol i just kind of crawled to the garage where there was no ice

    Cokie is right, if 210lbs at 15% is your goal, it can be attainable with hard work and dedication. It's your goal, and nobody shouldn't hinder your attempt with such bs negativity. I know you can do it and many others will agree with me.

    homer: I didnt get hurt bad...just a little back spasm i will be all right romorrow...as for the bf goal...thanks for your support I know it takes alot of work...i just tested the bf today results brlow...hey also homer...i wanted to thank you for all your support man...in the 15 months i have been on this board you have supported me from day 1 i appreciate it man.

    as for the bf results here is what i got today

    chest 16
    abdomen 26
    thigh 20]

    each site was tested 3 times

    from www.exrx.net here are the results

    19.07604338621738

    I used their calculator from that site...so roughly i am close to 19% by my test...i would roughly say 20% is a good guess. I may go to the club and get tested there not sure as i may be switching clubs
