    homer: thanks bro...i find out today about the job have my interview at 4

    did a leg workout today took it a little easy since i havent worked legs in forever

    squat press
    90 pounds 3x10
    180 pounds 3x8

    leg extension
    105 pounds 3x8
    135 pounds 3x8

    leg press
    100 pounds 3x10
    150 pounds 3x10

    standing calf raise
    200 pounds 3x10

    felt good to work teh legs. back on track second consecutive work out this week woohooo...diet was a little off today didnt want to follow the psmf as wanted to make sure I was wide awake for my interview (that low cal no carb stuff makes me tired as hell)

    I will let ya'll know how the interview goes it is today at 4. I have a good feeling about this and I prayed for a sign as to which job i should choose...and since then i have not been able to get in touch with the guy for IBM so...I guess there is my sign.

    well, i didnt get the job...and the other one with IBM the guy wont call me back so i am back to square one...going to another place for an interview tomorrow and have another one scheduled for monday...so i will find a job just will take a little longer.

    not as much money so i will have to keep doing the part time thing too...but now at least I have a full tiem job...

    hammer strength bench

    1.5pps 2x4

    pec deck
    80 pounds 2x6
    60 pounds 2x8
    50 pounds 2x8

    seated row
    110 pounds 2x6

    where should you "feel it" after deads? I feel it in my quads, my hamstrings, and my lower back.

    felt good to workout without all the stress.

    Time to get the diet on track and kick this mofo back to another level.

    well i got my exercise for the day...i had to chase my fricking dog for like 5 blocks. the lil bastard runs fast.

    lol.

    and he can within an inch of his life, he darted right out in front of a car...luckily the person slowed down and didnt hit his ass.

    at least i confirmed i can run lol...not very fast though

    i am going to check out ud2 as a diet option or maybe go back to the other diet that I was on for a while...It appears that i have lost alot of muscle through the psmf style of diet that i ahve been on...what i am thinking of doing is changing this up for a while to maybe gain some muscle back...or at halt slow the muscle loss down and then maybe switch back to psmf if all else fails
