    just to make sure i put my7 split in here

    sunday chest/back
    monday cardio
    tuesday legs
    wednesday chest/back
    thursday legs
    friday shoulders and arms
    saturday cardio

    on off days will do 2 cardio sessions one in the am and one in the pm...may also try to hit up cardio after the lifting sessions.

    if you're working chest/back twice a week, I don't think you're going to need to do arms. seems like overkill to me for some reason.

    i did 25 minutes on the treadmill...burned 159 regular calories and 49.9 fat

    actually did some light jogging for the first time in about 11 years!! WOOHOOO knees felt fine too

    2.4 speed 3 minutes 4 % incline
    3.0 speed 4% incline 2 minutes
    2.4 speed 4% incline 3 minutes
    3.2 speed 4% incline 2 minutes
    2.4 speed 4% incline 3 minutes
    3.4 speed 4% incline 1.5 minutes
    2.4 speed 4% incline 10.5 minutes

    going to do another cardio session later this afternoon

    even though i am doing the psmf i am going to keep the same split..still looking to do another cardio session tonight...the knees are a little sore from this morning so i may take it a little slower
