    The no more Bull****, no more putzing around no more excuses Big Dawg psmf thread

    Well I think the title pretty much says it all.

    Started the new journal to get away from all the negativity (that i created) in my previous journal.


    get to between 200-210
    will do psmf diet to achieve this
    hoping to go 2 weeks between refeeds

    So on that is the first workout in 2 weeks....YAY

    flat bench press
    45 pounds 2x12
    135 pounds 2x8
    155 pounds 2x6

    db flat bench press
    40 pounds 2x8

    pec deck
    70 pounds 2x8
    50 pounds 2x10

    Rear delt pec deck
    90 pounds 3x10

    90 pounds 3x10

    other row
    90 pounds 3x8

    seated row
    90 pounds 2x8

    situp machine
    150 pounds 3x15

    toimorrow is legs

    diet for today

    meal 1
    2 scoops nitrean
    6 oz chicken breast

    meal 2
    1 can tuna fish

    meal 3
    1 can tuna fish

    meal 4
    2 scoops nitrean
    6 oz chicken breast
