    I think this is a solid idea. The last minute of the video is the biggest problem i see. The masses are to stupid to follow something so simple. Everyones attracted to the hyped up bullshit that the industry craps out on a daily basis.

    I really enjoyed this video when I saw it. It's the best and most basic advice you can give to someone struggling with his or her weight.
