I was just wondering, what is your workout split, and how much volume do you perform.

Mon : Legs
Tue : Shoulder Tris
Wed : Cardio
Thu : Back, Bic
Fri : Chest, Abs
Sat : Off/Morning Speed Walk
Sun : Off or Cardio/abs if I fell like it.
I train with lowish Volume, but high intensity. Workouts last no longer then an hour, sometimes 45 mins.
