    high pull from the rack

    what is it? i know what a high pull is, but how would i do it from the rack?

    If i remember right, its just so you can take the deadlift portion out of the high pull.

    Just a hang high pull without picking it up?

    Sort of useless, as it should be easy to dead whatever weight you're using for a a hang high pull.
