The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    real stupid question

Hey guys, I got into an agruement with a friend over the weight of the EZ curl bar. I said it was 25 pounds, and he said it was 35. He's persistent that hes right, but it just feels much lighter than the 45 pound straight bar. whatta ya think?

I remember reading somewhere (can't remember now it was a long time ago) that stated that the average EZ-curl bar was around 22lbs, so you are correct.

A lot of them are actually 15.

Occasionally you'll find a 35 pound one, but they're rare. You'd know it. They're longer, flatter, usually black, and basically look like a normal Olympic bar that's been bent.

Just get on the scale with and without it and see how much it weighs. I have used some that are 15 and 25. Never seen a 35 pound bar.
