    When should i start cutting?

    I am 6'1 and weigh 193. I've been bulking for 2 weeks now, taking in around 300gs of protein/4500-5000 calories a day. So far I've put on around 3 pounds. I've been lifting seriously for around 2 years and have always been pretty defined, but now the definition is starting to dissappear with the 6pack is starting to dissappear . My goal weight is to reach 205-210, which I hope to accomplish by the beginning of march. How long will it take for me to become cut again once I reached my weight goal if I stick to a strict exercise and diet regime? A few weeks?months? Also, will I be able to take creatine while cutting, or will it hinder the definition?

    it all depends on how much fat you gain, and that depends on how much you over eat

    one thing to note though is if you are gaining muscle and fat sometimes it looks like it's all fat and when it starts to come off again you realize you're not far off what you were

    and of course this is why testing bf% is invaluable when bulking

    even the handheld analyzers are good for this

    how is your 6pack starting to dissapear with only gaining 3 lbs? that doesnt add up

    ive gained like over 20 lbs and i still can see my abs ..
    Started Weight - 130
    Current Weight - 171 as of 2\18\05 WOOHOO
    GOAL - 175-180

    Height - 5'6
