    how many grams of protein and carbs

    hi guys, i am 12 and a half stone, wich i think is about 175 pounds?.
    how many grams of protein and carbs should i take in a day.

    Depends, are you bulking, cutting or maintaining? 1g - 2g per lb for protein is considered good.
