The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I have been lifting around 300 lbs on my bench so I know Im strong... any suggestions?

I am currently on a continueous bulk but have very little body fat

Pectoral shape is mostly defined by genetics -- at least, that's the prevailing opinion. I'm not sure how soft soft is, though; I have very low body fat and my pecs are really well defined, but it's sort of soft in that area. Obviously if you have some fat there that you want to get rid of, you'd need to cut. If you're on a continuous bulk, I'm going to assume that it will be difficult to reduce the fat in that area. If you build up your chest significantly, though, it would seem to me that it would lead a better muscle/fat ratio in that area.

Low bodyfat will get rid of it.

I usually gain fat in the love handle region and the lower pecs. It is also the last too come off when cutting.

yeah..I agree with what the others have said...just keep hitting the weights hard..and I am sure when you go on a cut...you will gain the hardness you want
