well..cardio is good for cardiovascular health..but it is up to you..I don't really understand your question
Dude, put together a clear, coherent and specific question (or two) and people here will be able to help you. First you say you want to maintain BF, then you say you want to maintain muscle mass? This site is populated by people who want to CHANGE attributes of their body.
