Maintenance weight training and cardio routines

Does anyone have good examples of these?

Goal: maintain the current level of BF and muscle strength.

    Thanks.

Let me rephrase, maintain muscle mass/size .

So, are you saying - stop doing cardio at all?

Dude, put together a clear, coherent and specific question (or two) and people here will be able to help you. First you say you want to maintain BF, then you say you want to maintain muscle mass? This site is populated by people who want to CHANGE attributes of their body. Ask a question about how to change something on your body and I guarantee you someone here will be able to give you good guidance.

Sorry, if I chose the wrong forum. My question is simple: let's say I'm satisfied with the current state of my body and just want to maintain what I have. What would be a good weight training and cardio routine to do that?
